Refund policy

At Rajgharana Spices, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If the product packaging or seal has been opened, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note that returns must be approved before sending the product back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or the wrong product was delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
